For complete peace of mind with your building project, we offer the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee. Over and above this we also offer our own High Country Carpentry 5-Star Guarantee.

1. Excellent communication from concept to completion. At the outset we’ll sit down with you to discuss all the details of your project. In the design phase, we ill regularly catch up and contribute to your ideas. During the build phase we’ll have regular catch-ups on site.

2. Award-winning exceptional quality. We insist on the highest quality finish every time and will build your home with love and tenderness, as if it were our own. It is our intention to exceed the Building Code and the wants and needs of your project. We also guarantee to use only the best sub-contractors and the best materials.

3. Accurate pricing & invoicing. We are transparent and open in all we do – and guarantee all invoicing will be clear, concise and itemised as in our contract agreement. If and when variations happen, we will get your approval in writing, and not progress without your consent. There will be no hidden surprises.

4. Informed timing & scheduling. We guarantee to keep you fully informed every step of the way. This begins with our start time and, as we progress, you will be kept up to date with a timeline of the building schedule.

5. Completion care. With over 20 years experience, you can rest assured at handover time we will work through your project with you – and we guarantee to check every little detail.
